As we informed you a few months ago, the .voting registry will increase its prices on the 1st of June. As a reseller of .voting domains, you likely already know that this extension can only be used for active discussions, voting, surveys, ratings or petitions.
For this purpose, the registry will now additionally provide a specific online voting software. They will include this software for all .voting domains from the 1st of June 2018 on. This means that you can offer a highly attractive bundle (.voting domain plus voting software) to all customers who seek to do online votings.
Blockchain technology solves the problems of existing e-voting systems with respect to security, anonymity and verifiability. This new software-as-a-service tool will be freely available to all domain holders.
As we stated before, the addition of this new software also comes with a price increase. The new Member price for .voting from the 1st of June 2018 will be € 681,40. The new non-Member prices will range from € 692,00 to € 706,00.
