From the 22nd of March, dotBerlin, the registry of the .berlin extension, will start selling more than 300 premium domains through www.shop.berlin. Acquiring a short and/or memorable .berlin domain name is as simple as navigating to this website, buying the domain name and transferring it to Openprovider with the authorization code provided by the registry.

A list with the domains that will be open for purchase is published at the registry’s website and includes detailed pricing information. As for this model of external purchase, the premium fee is one-time only and renewals and future transfers are charged at regular domain price, starting at €25,15.
