It is my unwavering mission to stay ahead of the curve. I do this by leading proactive research, driving pilot projects, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Rigorous evaluation ensures we choose wisely, while meticulous risk mitigation ensures adoption is not just impactful but transformative.

What is the biggest mistake our industry has made and what have we learned from it?

One of the biggest mistakes our industry made was neglecting cybersecurity in the pursuit of rapid innovation. However, this lesson has sparked a transformative shift in the industry. Nowadays, the industry recognizes the critical importance of prioritizing cybersecurity at every stage of development.

Who has been your biggest inspiration or mentor in your tech career?

My biggest inspiration has been the collective wisdom of industry pioneers and thought leaders. Additionally, the guidance and support from colleagues and mentors have been invaluable, shaping my growth and helping me navigate the complexities of the tech landscape with confidence and clarity.

What’s the proudest moment of your career so far?

One of the proudest moments of my career was guiding a startup from ground zero to securing a monumental $50M investment. It was a testament to our team’s dedication, strategic foresight, and relentless pursuit of excellence.

How do you balance the demands of a tech leadership role with personal time or hobbies?

Balancing demands requires effective time management and prioritization. I make sure to carve out dedicated time for my personal interests and hobbies, understanding their importance in maintaining overall well-being and creativity.
